wholesale policies

A discount of 40% off the retail price is offered to wholesale orders. 

MINIMUM QUANTITY

No fewer than 4 of any one item with a retail value of less than $100 must be ordered for a wholesale discount to be applied. 

PRODUCTION TIME

Allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. Please indicate on the order form if there is a preferred delivery date - a precise estimate can be made at the time of order confirmation. Rush orders (less than 4 weeks) are limited to existing studio stock. 

SHIPPING

Listed retail prices do not include shipping fees; a quote can be provided upon request.

PAYMENT

All prices appear in Canadian dollars. Orders require a non-refundable initial deposit of 50% the total cost, with the remainder due upon delivery. Invoices will be issued at the time of order confirmation and delivery. Cash, e-transfer or credit cards are accepted.

CHANGE ORDERS

Change orders involving adjustments to finish type or quantity increases can be accepted within a week of deposit payment.

ORDER CANCELATION

Wholesale orders may be canceled prior to deposit receipt. The deposit is non-refundable. Orders canceled after the start of production (7 days after deposit receipt) may be invoiced for materials or supplies associated with the order.

CUSTOM DESIGN

Bespoke pieces can be discussed but must use the studio’s standard clay body and glaze palette and come with a minimum charge. Please inquire for more information
